Hello Peter, I have a problem with Vodacom. 3months ago I received a call from Vodacom offering me airtime of R316.00 every month, and I will be paying R266.00pm by debit order, and I accepted the offer. I gave them debit date as every end of the month, but to my surprise the debit order went before month end, twice.
Now Vodacom is charging R100.00 for unpaid debit order, I mean really now. The consultant never explain to me that if the debit order doesn't go through, I will be penalized for this amount, it was a shock for me when I called the call center the lady only told me about this. They did not explain all the hidden agendas to me.
It is very inconvenient for me now to the fact that my cell phone is now blocked (why and for what?)
I cannot re charge, make any calls nor sent text messages. I bought this cell phone cash, not contract to Vodacom, why don't they block the airtime rather than blocking my cell phone. I find it very disturbing because this is a business phone, and cannot contact my customers, this is a draw back for me.

I am prepared to pay for the airtime given, and not for the R100s which I don't know what is it for.

I trust this will be sorted out soon
