BLACKBERRY BBM FREE TEXTING SERVICES

I have been a V/Com customer for years, since upgrading a contract in JULY 2013 for BB Q5 i am having endless problems since september. I signed up for BBM Unlimited texting but since September it stopped working and only works when i put airtime. and when i do put in a/time, my airtime gets finished for all the bbm contacts updates. which shouldnt work that way, i did call customer care, who sorted the issue out and my bbm started working within 24 hours W/OUT DATA & A/TIME. in october i experienced the same problem and contacted cust care many times, and my issues have still not been resolved.

i did find another complaint on H/Peter regarding this issue dated 31.08.2013 and V/coms reply was "Customers who signed up for a new Blackberry 10 with FREE BBM TEXT for 24 months deal, will continue to benefit from the FREE BBM TEXT for the remainder of their contract."
this should apply to me which is not happening. and i have a copy of this complaint.

i am sick and tired of this issue and would like for it to be sorted out immediately as i have waited far too long for feedback. i am paying R300 for a contract that does not work properly. VODACOM IS SHOWING POOR SERVICE LATELY
