My Vodacom contract (Smart S - business) includes 75min airtime, 200mb data and 200mb blackberry text data that i'm supposed to receive each month. I received everything for the first two (Dec & Jan) months but did not receive my 200mb blackberry text data for February. I contacted the customer care line (business) on monday 3rd February and logged a complaint. I was given a reference number 6307108. It has now been 3 working days (the period i was told was needed to correct the issue) and i still haven't received my data. In the mean time i have to use my normal data for bbm (a lot). This is unacceptable from such a major telecoms company.
