Still waiting for feedback

I logged a complaint on the 6 December and Vodacom left a message that a consultant will give me a call. Still waiting for someone to give me a call a week later and still no phone. I have been waiting going for 2 month now for a phone to be repaired every time it get back it is worse then before. How can you take so long to repair a phone sending me a refurbished phone with the same problems. My phone is not even a year old and still under warranty but giving me so much problems and Vodacom just does not care they take there time not letting me know what is happening with the phone did not receive one sms like before they use to send sms letting me know what is going on with the phone. Every time I have to go into the Vodacom store using my petrol and time just to be send back home with the answer, still waiting for head office to come back to use leaving the store without a phone. Vodacom head office service is bad. When you call them they are also full of excuses.
