SHOCKING service from MTN sales, manager&regional

I went in to MTN lower ground floor in Cresta Shopping Centre on Saturday 26/11 to renew my wifes contract and get her upgrade. After renewing the contract we decided to take out an additonal contract with a Samsung tablet.
I was assisted by Mazwi in store, who informed me to return the following day (Sunday) to collect the tablet. Mazwi wasn't there on Sunday, and no one was able to assit. After numerous phonecalls to the store to enquire when I could collect the tablet, and revisitng store on Monday and Wednesday, still no tablet.
I then spoke to the store manager, Balaseng, (who was on leave) and she assured me that by the close of business on Thursday the tablet would be ready for collection.
Thursday - no tablet, no one to help.
I contacted the REGIONAL MANAGER, Leko, who I gave all my details to, and he assured me it would all be resolved and he would get back to me.
That was 4 days ago. Still nothing from Mazwi, Baleseng or the regional manager Leko.
Absoluetly disgusted with MTN's service.
I have 4 contracts due for renewal next year, and should I renew them with this kind of service???
