I called the vodocome shop where i originally took out my Samsung tablet and asked to speak to the guy who assisted me which was Morne - he no longer works there ..when i took this tablet out he assured me that it was capped on 2G'S OR on a top up which ever is used but i told him that i did not want to go over the 2 gigs... for the last 8 months by bill has never gone over R600 odd and this includes my celphone as he still combined it and did it as one billing...
This month i recieved a bill of R2200 odd .. i called the customer care who said they could not assist i must contact the branch where i took out the contract which i did on the 23 May up to today i have been leaving numerous messages for Elain who is the store manager to call me and give me info on this as she said she could see it was on a top up she requested my documents from but nothing else has been done or said to me i also spoke to the regional manager who was Wade ..
This is pathetic service that i have recieved and would like someone to please now assist ..
