After being charge for something called content charge on my MTN account, I phoned MTN to enquire what this charge was for. I was informed that I had subscribed to services of Mira Networks. As I emphatically can say I did no subscribe to Mira and no other person has access to my cell phone, they told me to contact them directly on [Email Removed] or 0861 106 472. Despite numerous emails to that address disputing this charge, Mira have not returned one email. The telephone number is automated and it is not possible to speak to anyone. I am disputing an amount of R201.71. It dumfounds me that I can not get a response which makes me question the legitimacy of the company. And judging from all the complaints on Hello Peter, only reiterates that.
