On the 26th of January I took my Blackberry Playbook for repairs, I got an email from the store manager to say I must come collect my tablet only to find out when I got there they didn't fix it. Its almost a month and I haven't heard anything from them. Just a phone call to tell me how far they're with my tablet. I really am not happy with the service I'm getting from them at all - even hellen herself doesn't have the deceincy to tell me what's happening as the "store manager" I've decided I don't want that tablet anymore they must just cancel it from my contract. I just wanna move from vodacom to another service provider. Vodacom!!!
