I never though i would complain about cell c, i have been a loyal customer and a walking advertisement for Cell C for years!
I have 3 phone contracts and 1 tablet contract. When i was in store, i asked my accounts to be linked - she assured they were. Every month my tablet gets disconnected, i phone numerous times to find out why. I ended up paying almost R3000 in the bank because the money was never allocated to my tablet. I phone again, a consultant tells me im in credit on my account, but my tablet has never been paid... uhm, the credit is for the tablet - my solution is to debit the tablet only and i'll pay my accounts end of the month as i always do.
Now cell c debits my account for the phones, not my tablet, i phone again - explain only my tablet must be debited, because i cant add cell c twice on internet banking with 2 different references!! The debit order doesnt go through because i put R400 in there for tablet only, not R2500
Now my tablet is at legal, because apparently i have never paid it!
Before you respond, go check first how many times i have had to phone and try resolve this issue - min twice a month!
I have sent emails, phone every month - still no solution!
