One year later and I am back here complaining about MTN once again. The staff and their service is appaling. The branch in Bank City have no clue what they doing. I asked for a sim swap as my contract sim card is lost. They told me that they only have nano sim cards and I need to get a phone. Really? How pathetic!!! I initially went to the Jabulani Mall Branch but they always don't have stock. I then call the call centre and get through to some lazy bum who hung up on me before we even got anywhere. I then tried calling the 808 number back but every time i was meant to be put through to a consultant the call cut off instead. All I want to know is when does this stupid contract end as I want to port my number to another service provider and which freaken MTN store can i go to that can actually help with the sim card. It's been 6 months that I am trying to get this sim swap with NO LUCK or JOY from MTN!!! I really HATE MTN!!!
