Cancel my contract

I have had a sim card contract with RMCS for the past 3 years and ever since i have never had a good service from them, on Monday i lost my phone and i wanted to do a sim swap. I called their call centre and i couldnt get through the phone rang for more that 15 munites with no answer and i even ran out of airtime, I phoned again on Tuesday and eventually after holding for more than 10 minutes i spoke to one of their consultant who advised me that my sim swap will be done by end of business day, Wednesday i phoned the and request that they cancel the contract and port my number to the network im and i will be on prepaid but the are refusing as i was advised that someone will call the very same day to cancel the contract is still active and im still waiting for the sim swap to be done. I want my contract to be canlled with immediate, i have never seen a company that is so incompitend in my life, the consultans there are so rude towards customers they even drop call on their customers. Please cancel my contract and port my number to prepaid.
