When I called in on 30 Oct I spoke to Tracey. She was very helpful, informative and efficient. Her after sale service was exceptional and she went over and above my expectations.
As customers we often quick to complaint however seldom compliment when we receive good service. You are an assest to MTN and I really hope you provide this kind of service to all your customers.
