Pathetic MTN keeps billing me huge amounts of money due to a crooked MTN employee who upgraded my contracts without my consent. I have sent emails, phoned, faxed all documents they said they needed, affidavit etc, but they just cannot resolve this and they don't even bother to give me feedback about this issue, but they never forget to deduct money from my account
Please sort this mess out and let somebody phone me and give me a full explanation about this issue or else I will have no choice but to take it up with my lawyers...
