Pathetic MTN keeps billing me huge amounts of money due to a crooked MTN employee who upgraded my contracts without my consent. I have sent emails, phoned, faxed all documents they said they needed, affidavit etc, but they just cannot resolve this and they don't even bother to give me feedback ...
