Good Day

I have a complaint wih Standard Bank. I was defrauded of money in my account and standard bank made me aware of the issue. I was then asked to fill in an affidavit and i confirmed with them which transactions where, and these amounts appeared on the affidavit, this was done telephonically with the department. I was defrauded of R21 913.80 but Standard bank only refunded me R5 813.56 and they disputed the other amounts and said they did not go through my account even though they reflect in my statement and they are mostly huge amounts and i never ever transact such huge amounts when making purchases. i am unhappy with how my case was handled and dissapointed by an institution that i have been loyal to for 15 years. I dont trust this bank anymore as they didnt go out of their way to assist me. I have lost huge savings, now i feel the rest of my money is not safe with standard bank. I would appreciate your assistance please.
