I have been trying to get Vodacom to sort out a issue with my bill for over a month. Every time I think they have it now, they come back with a "copy and Past" sernario and give me the same answer. You can supply them with attachemnts where their own staff states that I was billed incorreclty, but still they do not change this. After 30 days, they billed me acsessifly, and still have not replayed to my mails?? I no reversed my debit order, and now complain on open site?? Maybe now Vodacom will do somthing about recieving payment??
Vodacom, just have ahuman and not a machine read my latest requests, AND ATTACHMENTS and come back to me with the new value of my bill, and I will galdly pay you...
