I logged a call to Telkom more than 45 days ago to resolve a data bundle issue. Today the issue is still not resolved. This issue was logged on hellopeter more than a month ago and still no resolution, just sending me in circles. Does Telkom want to frustrate you to forget about the issue.
Can somebody please respond to say they will take responsibility of the issue or at least give me a honest answer that Telkom does not give a.
