Please be aware that according to Autopage Cellular money can expire.
I received a gift card with money on it.
The card has expired but there is still just under R400 on it.
When calling the telephone number on the card the company tells me that Autopage must give them instructions and they will be happy to credit a new card with the money still on the old card. When calling autopage to get them to give the instructions to issue me a new card, they tell me that the money has expired.
According to the CPA money, gift cards and vouchers cannot expire and available balances MUST be upheld.
AUTOPAGE seem to work on rules outside of the South African Law. Breech of contracts do not apply to them nor does anything that the CPA stands for.
Autopage your day will come. I will make it my mission to discourage anybody from using your services due to your pathetic service, billing is a mess as well as not upholding the promises that you make.
