This is my second complain to Hellopeter for the same problem, I must say I am very dissapointed by the service I am receiving from vodacom. My reference number is S3-T0B9U-UA8Y since they sent me an email on the 7th of September 2013 that my query has been send to Group Forensic Departments on the 9th September Sindiswa phoned me to tell me that she received my documents for investigation since then I have not received an update regarding this case, on the 30 September 2013 they deducted the amount of 1193.39 I reversed it because I really need this money sad part I am responsble for bank charges and my question is that if they are really investigating why deduct my money because I already send an affidavit to them stating that I didn't upgrade. Yesterday I phoned them at past 1 afternoon they told me that Sindiswa is at work but out they will give her the message to give me the update she didn't even bother to phone me. Can somebody please help before I take this matter up with ICASA
