Unauthosired Billing by Integrat through MTN

I received a bill on my cell phone statement of R233.32 in October 2013 for usage charges.

I inquired about this unfamiliar bill item at MTN and they informed me this item is due to a subscription at a company called Integrat. When I inquired about the subscription at Integrat and they told me I downloaded and confirm daily payment for software called app phone portal club and this was confirmed via sms. This is NOT true.

I haven't willfully subscribed to this service and I never received sms's about this software as well. I do not know what happened and why my number is used unwillingly.

Can you please investigate this matter and revert back to me with an answer asap. I believe Integrat is using my number without my consent and thus this is.
