In my recent bill I noticed that I had been charged R5 per day. On enquiring with my service provider, I was told that Integrat were behind the charges. On phoning Integrat I spoke to Immaculate and asked for an explanation. Apparently I subscribed to a service on 26 June. After stating that I was not on the net and I could not have subscribed, Integrat then stated that a sms was sent to my phone detailing the subscription etc. This is absolute rubbish - the fact that you sent an sms does not mean that I received it and that I read it. I have provided you with proof that I was not on the net and could not have subscribed to any service. This is blatant - return my money!
