Account higher than contract price

In January 2013 I received a bill from MTN for R450. My contract is for R89.When I queried this I was told that it is due to Whatsapp. I immediately cancelled WA and in February I received a bill for R259 from MTN. I queried this again and was informed that it is Integrat. I do not know what Integrat is or how I got mixed up with them but was informed that MTN would cancell this and request a refund. In March the same thing happened and after I queried this was told that Integrat overrides the cancellation. I tried to contact Integrat through their website but received no reply. I think MTN is responsible to refund me the money as they have my debit order and pays the money to integrat. I am going to cancel my contract with MTN and then see where they get the money to pay Integrat
