Approximately one month after my MTN cell phone bill increased, I received an sms saying I am subscribed to Zuma Mobile's Extreme TV VIDEO service. Cost R5 per/day.
Although I DID NOT subscribe to any service whatsoever MTN claim "I subscribed to InteGrat and registration for content charges are voluntary. Content providers charge MTN for content I (allegedly) purchase and MTN (willy nilly) pass the charges onto me." Input in brackets added by me!
Despite that MTN insist I contact InteGrat to process the cancellation, MTN had 5 secure questions, however they had NIL requirements prior to willy nilly deducting my personal funds and failed to provide proof of my subscription.
I note numerous folk claim likewise and have had difficulty unsubscribing.
I demand instant termination and a full refund from InteGrat and require that procedures be put in place to prevent this type of criminal practice from being the modus operandi of both InteGrat and MTN.
