I seem to have had an automated billing started on my cellphone, without my permission, I never accepted or opened any SMS on the date that the service was started (as shown by logs recieved by Integrat) nor did I at any stage action any service subscription via my phone or any online medium. Integrat's logs show that I was smsed an access code along with confirmation of the monthly billing cycle, none of this is accurate.
I am unprepared to sit back and allowing a company like Integrat to bill my unjustly, I have contacted MTN, asked them to provide logs showing how no SMS notifications were sent on that day, and once I have these I will take action against Integrat and any associated parties for their unjust attemot to bill an unsuspecting cellphone user, had i not checked my itemised bill, I would be continuing to pay for a service I never subscribed to, Also had this been a service I opted into I find it very strange that Integrat was so quick to cancel my service - Something seems very phishy...
