A Service that I paid for which I was not aware of

In April, May and June 2013 my cell phone account with MTN (my service provider) became unusually high. I contacted them to find out about this. They said I used Integrat Pty Ltd and downloaded Dragon Fly, a game sight and paid R14.99 pw, which I knew nothing about. I then called and e-mailed Integrat, they said I played games on my phone daily and received regular reminders regarding these games, which I know nothing about. I also checked with my children to see if they were guilty of downloading games on my phone as it was suggested by Meisie at Integrat, but they confirmed that they did not as they have their own phones. I asked for proof and to today did not get a satisfied answer. I feel robbed because I was unknowingly linked to a sight which did not agree to have on my phone. I was accused of playing games daily, which I do not have time for and paying a bill for something I did not use. I would like a refund of the R479.68 which I had paid.
