MTN takes money from their customers

MTN charges for "content charges" on my statement although I have NOT engaged in any activity to be liable for this.
I received an item on my cell phone statement of R233.32 in October 2013 for usage charges. I inquired about this unfamiliar bill item at MTN and they informed me this item is due to a subscription at a company called Integrat - they are not responsible for it - BUT MTN ALLOW them to charge via their systems. I never gave consent for MTN to allow other 3rd parties to charge me for services I never used. When I inquired about the subscription at Integrat I came to a dead end. AND AGAIN it happened in January 2014. I phoned MTN again, Rahjes told me the same bull story and MTN is not liable but wait; Victorious Technologies are - same old story. Phoned VT and Zanele refunded MTN R52.50 to refund me. Guess what happend. MTN didn't refund me.
If you google this issue of 3rd party content you will see MTN is 70% responsible for such charges by 3rd parties (Vodacom and Cell C is 30% responsible) See article: [URL Removed]
This is a scheme to "loyal" customers money. Watch this space!
