Unsolicited unauthorised subscription R5/day

MTN deducted R5/day from my account despite my contractual agreement with them not to accept/honour any claim of subscriptions or other deductions without my written authorisation.
The R5/day went to Integrat (Pty) Ltd Company Registration Number: 2001/010491/07; of whom I have no record of subscription. MTN helped me to find Integrat details and referred me to them.
Integrat answered my emails dated 11 Nov-5 Dec 2013, confirmed by SMS and email that the so-called 'subscription' was stopped on 16 Dec 2013, but refuse to respond to my questions how they think that I agreed to a subscription resulting in R5/day payment in their favour, and to my request for a refund.
Ironically the Integrat email claims that they only contract in writing; which never happened. I also did not receive any goods or services from them, in return for the R5/day taken from my MTN account.
Now we need to find out how to stop unauthorised deductions via and by MTN; and possibly how to get a refund.
