Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a data bundle service from MTN.
I queried the fact that the funds were not being deducted from my account and requested that the debit order be instated (as per the original request).
The customer service consultant confirmed this would be sorted out. I phoned again to query why the funds have not been deducted from my account, just to hear I have been handed over to the legal department!
Please could someone with an understanding of what is required to get a debit order instated phone me?
