Nashua Mobile changed my limit without permission

Having received my latest bill from Nashua Mobile I noticed the amount far exceeding what it should be. I set a R50 limit on the contract for good reason knowing that it is easy to exceed contract amounts. An SMS was sent to the number in question stating my limit would be adjusted to R1088.00 due to the account being in good standing. I never read that SMS even though it was sent but never gave nashua mobile the permission to change. My bill arrived R400 over the limit I set and the call centre claimed I was informed via SMS and therefore take no responsibility for the charges! What kind of business are they running if they think it is ok to do that to their consumers! I can't wait to leave Nashua Mobile as this is not the first problem I have had with their business ethics!
