MWEB advertise Uncapped so i joined them thought would get better service than Telkom. To my surprise it only went well for two months then i got throttled when i phoned mweb i was told that i download too much. I asked what is the limit and could not be told and was advised to upgrade my line to download more. So in other words it is not uncapped but capped and you need to upgrade to download more. I then tried to cancel my contract due to the fact that i am paying for something that is NO use to me. Then i was told that i must give month notice i was fine with that until i was told that only end of December my contract will expire. So now i must pay for another month of! @# service!!!
