Why is NOBODY helping me?!?!

Firstly, I signed a debit order to be deducted from my account on the 1st of every month. Way back at the beginning of my contract. Despite several attempts to have it corrected, I gave up and for the last few years my account gets deducted on the 31st (end of the month) instead of the 1st.

My accountant has gone through my account and STOPPED all debit orders that go off on random days. Such as the 31st etc in an attempt to control things going off my account.

First problem: I sent a request to Nashua asking them to confirm on what day of the month my debit order goes off, so that I can have them change it before my accountant did his thing. No response AT ALL to my question. I only response I got was an SMS saying my ticket was closed.

Second problem: Sunday night I get an SMS that my account has been soft locked. Ok fine, that's understandable. I call on Monday, pay by EFT and all is re-instated. 8 phone calls later. I request my date gets changed to the 15th. Done.

Third problem: Sent another request asking them to confirm the deduction date to ensure it's now moved. I just get a reply saying my ticket has been closed. Only to find out today that it has STILL NOT CHANGED.
