MFC seems to always mess up my account. Last month I asked for my debit order to be re - instated however nothing was done after it was confirmed. I called in on the 1st as my debit order did not go through I then did a manual payment on the 2nd which is a day later. I then got calls from collections after sending proof of payment. I then got a call from Sithembiso who advised that he has re- instated the debit order. I then get debited a double installment on the 20/08/2013 which I have no clue about. My account is up to date and has never been in arrears. I want a refund done today as I have a debit order going off tomorrow. I am sick and tired of the service I have received.
