NEDBANK SERVICE DELIVERY TERRIBLE!

I recently had the following situation which I request Nedbank's attention as I feel it is most unprofessional!

Every month, I rely on my card statement to arrive in the mail to ensure that I transfer sufficient funds into the relevant cheque account in time for the debit order to go off.

On 27 March, I received my card statement in the post. Realizing that this is already AFTER the debit order date! I rushed to my account to ensure I transfer the required funds.
Only to see that the debit order had gone off but I had insufficient funds so it was returned unpaid!
I have subsequently made a payment directly into my credit card account, but I am now faced with the following realities,

1) CREDIT HISTORY BLEMISHED
2) I will not receive my REBATE for my Everyday account this month as a result of not credit card debit order being deducted?
3) I will probably be faced with some sort of debit order REVERSAL FEE
4) Worst of all, I have been charged with R756.49 INTEREST!

All this as a result of Nedbank's LATE STATEMENT!

I then had to face Nedbank's CLUELESS Temba Mkize (Collections) phone me to chase me up for a short payment!

This is my official "ASK ONCE" for Nedbank to help!
