DEBIT ORDER DOES NOT GO OFF BANK ACCOUNT

MY HUSBAND HAS AN AFRICAN BANK CREDIT CARD AND PERSONAL LOAN.
DURING JUNE 2013 HE PHONED AFRICAN BANK TO CHANGE THE DEBIT ORDER TO HIS CHEQUE ACCOUNT.
SINCE THEN HE HAS HAD SO MUCH HASSLES WITH AFRICAN BANK.
THE ONE MONTH BOTH DEBIT ORDERS GO OFF HIS CHEQUE ACCOUNT ON THE 25TH AS HE ASKED.
THE NEXT MONTH AFRICAN BANK DOES NOT EVEN PRESENT THE DEBIT ORDER. THEY THEN PHONE HIM A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER TELLING HIM THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED HIS PAYMENT AND HIS ACCOUNTS ARE IN ARREARS.
HE THEN HAS TO TAKE ALMOST AN HOUR TO EXPLAIN TO THE CONSULTANT THAT HE INDEED HAD DEBIT ORDERS INSTATED BY AFRICAN BANK THEMSELVES. THE DEBIT ORDER IS THEN LOADED AGAIN. THE NEXT MONTH THE DEBIT ORDERS GO THROUGH. THE FOLLOWING MONTH HE IS ONCE AGAIN PHONED WITH THE SAME STORY.
THIS SHOWS UTTER INCOMPETENCE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS A CLIENT WHO JUST WANTS TO PAY HIS ACCOUNT.
THE DEBIT ORDER MUST BE PUT IN PLACE AND ENSURED THAT IT IS CORRECT EVERY MONTH!!
