Unfairly blacklisted due to Vodacom incompetencies

Hello Peter

I opened an account (A/C No: I2947179) with vodacom on the 12th of December 2011. The package had 100mb data bundle and zero free minutes. I contacted the call centre regarding the limitation but was advise to rather cancel the contract and get an upgraded one as it was within 7 days. The account was closed an a delivery agent from RAM was dispatched to come collect the phone. On the 19th of December I opened a new account with Vodacom via sandton city istore the account number is (A/C: No: I2960307).

To cut the long story short I as contacted twice over the past year by different debt collectors demanding that I pay the account. Every time when this happen I 'll contact vodacom legal desk via 082 1905. Everytime I was promised that everything will be sorted out. My vodacom ipad contract has just been declined because Vodacom has blacklisted me on Experian. I've contacted them again but this time they told me to contact ITC on my own as there's nothing that they can do for me.

Please help, you're my last resort on this one
