I called twice this morning (held on for a consultant on each occasion for 20 minutes) when finally put through the caller's voice was crystal clear - but she appeared to not hear me on both occasions - this is highly frustrating as the service is urgently to be instated. The instrument was installed but not connected. On the first occasion I managed to advise the consultant of the problem - she then kept on saying "hello" - I have subsequently sent an e-mail to e-mail address given ie [Email Removed] The residential address is - 4 Aintree Close, 10 Forrest Road, Inanda.
