I phoned customer care regarding my speed stick, and I was told to go to my nearest Cell c store, which I did and when I got to Westgate branch for them to test my speed stick I was told that they cannot do it as they don't have the facility to do so, and that I must go to a other store, which I find unexeptable. I then phoned head office and spoke to Linden and he kept on telling me I must go back to the store, and the more I tell him they cannot help me the more he told me to go back to the store.
I asked Ronald if I could get a loan stick as I work from home, he just refused, the same happened with Linden at Head Office he told me that Cell c does not have loan sticks while they look to see what the problem is with my stick.
But the way that I was treated I felt like a criminal.
