No help for 3 months

I opened my Vodacom account in February 2011.
I did not have problems until last year February when I went through a tough time work wise.
My account was in arrears of R400 from march until May.
I then paid into my account but was told that the contract was cancelled and the full oitstanding contract balance was due, the full balance amounted to R4500. I paid this in full.
In November last year I was Told that I was blacklisted by Vodacom, with the caption of "handed over".

I wanted this to be either taken off or noted that the debt had been paid in full.
Vodacom was contacted in November 2012 by myself, but was rudely told I must contact TS services. I did so and TS told me that the account was paid in full to Vodacom and not them, so I should approach Vodacom. This was done but to no avial.
I decided to go to Vodaworld on Wednesday the 16 th of January 2013 to personally solve this problem.
I had to wait for 2 hours before I was dealt with, the person helping me asked to use my phone to contact accounts dept and also TS services, still to no avail. TS and vodacom promised to update my profile by Friday the 18/01/2013. But still nothing is resolved. I need results now.
