I called Vodacom end of August to cancel my contract, i was made aware of the 30 day cancellation period, i agreed and expected a FINAL debit order for September..However the amount was debited in October again..I called to enquire why they have deducted the amount but because they are having bad lines I was told to call again..i think its ridiculous that a cancellation that was done in August has to now be sorted out again because of incompetent people!
