INCORRECT BILLING

I UPGRADED MY CELLPHONE CONTRACT WITH REWARDSCO IN JULY 2012. I AGREED TO PAY AN AMOUNT IF R184 PER MONTH FOR MY BB9320. I NOTICED IN MY SECOND BILLING AUGUST THAT R243 WAS DEBITED SO I PHONED VODACOM AND BOUNCED BACK FROM SALES TO ACCOUNTS TO CUSTOMER SERVICES WITH NO JOY. I CALLED AGAIN IN SEPTEMBER AND SOMEONE TOLD ME TO CALL REWARDS CO, THE LADY TOLD ME THEY WILL HAVE TO INVESTIGATE MY PHONE CALL TO UPGRADE, AFTER A WEEK THEY CALLED TO SAY THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY AND THE CORRECT BILLING WILL BE CHARGED TO ME BECASE IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE AND THEY WILL NOTIFY VODACOM TO CHANGE THE AMOUNT. UP TO THIS DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I CALLED AGAIN IN OCTOBER, NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER TO KEEP HEARING THAT THEY WILL ESCALATE MY QUERY. ITS NOW 6 SIX MONTHS AND I'M STILL PAYING R243 FOR A R184 CONTRACT. SO FUSTRATING TO CALL THEM BECAUSE WE HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST 20 MINUTES TO SPEAK TO SOMEBODY. JUST SO FUSTRATED WITH VODAOCMA DN REWARDS CO.
