In May i have requested Vodacom to cancel my contract which was ending and I was sent from pillar to post and with a promise that i will be contacted "Subject: Re: CANCELLATION - 072 702 8118 Ref: 0014Aa8PV1M0S106" nothing was done, and i sent another request with a copy of ID and proof of residence, with Reference S3-TVS16-6AFTR. but they still deducted money from my account.
I am not sure why they just delay cancellations because the email said they will revert to me in 48hrs and they Never did
I would like VODACOM to cancel the contract and refund the deducted amount.
