On the 24 August we faxed my cancellation and my mother in law's cancellation to ADT. We paid at the end of August for September our cancellation month. Two months later we were still getting deductions I called about mine and loaded the complain on Helo Peter after a few days mine was sorted but my mother in law still had no joy. I called the call centre and spoke to the same agent who helped me they assured me that everything was received and sorted out. Today my mother in law received a statement dated 05/08/2013 for the amount of R1797.30 for October to December 2012. The alarm was not active during that period as we had signed up with Chub and we paying Chub. I cannot believe after all the faxes and phone calls made to ADT and all the promises that things were resolved that they still want a pensioner to pay for a service she did not receive.
