Vodacom Debiting Cancelled Contract

I went to Vodacom at Menlyn Mall to do premature cancellation of the contract. They gave the amount of R1600 that I had to pay if I were to cancel. I asked if everything was included, they say yes and then I immediately paid the whole amount stated. To my surprise that the following month I was debited. I went to Menlyn to enquire about why the debit was made against a cencelled contract. They did not understand how it happened and called Vodacom call centre, I spoke a lady who said she understands my problem and could not understand why it was debited and told me that her supervisor will call me the following Monday. Nodoby called. The reason I cancelled the contract prematurely was exhorbitant bills that I did not know what were they for. In May 2013 I asked Vodacom to send me itemised billing they asked me to pay R17.50 which I agreed. But they refused again to send me itemised billing. What were hiding, only knows. But this of debiting after the contract has been cancelled is astounding.

But the thing that I need is my money back.
