Incorrect data billing due to handset problem

I'm writing this report with great sadness about the service I'm receiving from Mtn. I'm a loyal mtn customer for many years now and just received my new phone samsung s4 in September 2013 and data bundle from Afrihost for Mtn subscribers. I manage to secure this data bundle contract also in September so I won't have any additional charges for data. I changed my Access point to Afrihost and started using my "Afrihost "data only to find out that my handset was not using Afrihost as the supplier for data but somehow still used my mtn contract data and landed R2000 just for data although my mtn data was switched off it was still using it. I called the mtn call center to find out that they cannot do anything about the data charges and I must take the faulty phone that "Mtn" provided me with and go directly to samsung, so I went to samsung and was advised to restore my settings which I did and still cannot delete the Mtn data settings which I was advised to do. I am now going to put a stop on any debits orders for Mtn and cancel all my existing contracts due to this incompetence and failure to take accountability. I'm not impressed by the service at all.
