Not helpfull and attitude

This is the second time I received horrifying service. They are never able to assist properly and ask ridiculous security questions as to when last you used your talking points, what your current balance is on the phone. All the while my phone cant go on to check anything. They could verify any other details but just wont assist. I need to chat with them online, cant use my phone and they waste time and eventually respond that I now have to drive all the way to the vodacom shop, which waste's my petrol. Last time, no one got back to me, I spent the entire weekend trying to get hold of Vodacom and left messages, held the line for a hour on a couple of occasions just to get cut off and had to start again. They seem to have a attitude and cant just go out of their way to assist. Really disappointed and honestly considering going to another service provider. They need to up their communication skills in the callcentre and be more helpful.
