Billed for data not used

Hi there,

I've been billed for the last few months on my contract at R2000 for data I haven't been using. There's no way to prove that I haven't used it. So I've moved onto Afrihost APN so I haven't been on MTN SP's APN. However with log file data from Afrihost shwoing I've used Afrihost's APN all month how is it that I've been billed for data from MTN!! I finally have prove that I've been billed for data I'm not using. I expect an investigation for the last few months of data and expect to be paid back for the data I haven't used.
