I recieved a phone call from a lady at the vodacom call centre offering me R75 worth of airtime for R84. After telling her that I am happy with my package and dont require airtime she made a rude chirp about knowing that im happy. After that she said that I had a bad attitude and hung up the phone! I am absolutely lost for words and am so angry that I am considering leaving vodacom! I suggest you find out who this was and deal with it! People like that will ruin your reputation!
