After sending the same fax about 20 times, no one has confirmed receiving the mails. The online helpdesk returns email confirming that the received your complain, end of communication. For 4 weeks i have been trying to change a contract, no response no feedback, and when i phone them have to repeat the problem to different people. Every time get transferred to another person until eventually they put me through to a extension where there is no answer. Been through this proses 7 times!!!
