I received a call from someone at Vodacom at 04:29pm on July 9th.
This woman was calling me about an airtime special where I get R10 000 funeral cover and all that stuff as a bonus. I am pretty sure it is the same woman that called my mom twice from different numbers. And she called me with a private number. She even put up an attitude with my mom!
She kept on talking and talking and when I told her that it sounds like she already decided for me she asked me ''So you DON'T want to save on airtime'' in a rude voice. I told her I don't use it much and she put the phone down in my ear.
If anyone of you from Vodacom EVER call me again and put up an attitude, you will not hear the end of me. This is not the first time! Unprofessional and unacceptable! I have had it with the poor service coming from you people. Almost everywhere I go to a branch as well there is someone who makes you feel like you owe THEM! Not everyone but some. At least there are some good people among you.
