VERY VERY VERY RUDE

Today a person called me from Vodacom to discuss my package and how I can change it. After the person mentioned that the call is recorded for record purposes and so on he started telling me about how I can improve my usage... I proceded to tell him thanks but I am very happy with my package and dont want to change anything and he just threw the phone down in my ear. You are rude and VERY VERY unprofessional and if Vodacom continues to employ like you then Vodacom will loose more clients. In the first place you called me (during work time). Please Vodacom, sort out your very unprofessional rude employees. It is because of service like this that I am slowly moving over to another service provider.
